Description--Synchronous chip sealer,also called synchronous gravel sealing truck refers to the simultaneous spraying of asphalt binder and sprinkling of aggregate,so that the most adequate contact between asphalt binder and aggregate can be achieved.
--Compared with ordinary crushed stone sealing layer truck or machine, Synchronous chip sealer shorts the time interval between spraying binder and sprinkling aggregate, so that the aggregate particles can be better implanted into the binder, so as to obtain more covering area.
--It is easier to ensure a stable proportion between the binder and the stone chip, improve the productivity, reduce the mechanical configuration and reduce the construction cost.
--Better anti-skid and anti-seepage water performance,effectively cure the hazards such as oil deficiency, grain dropping, slight mesh cracking, wheel rutting and subsidence.
--Type of bitumen:Hot bitumen, hot modified bitumen, diluted bitumen, emulsified bitumen, rubber modified bitumen(with viscosity Haake 190ºC,1500~2000Pa.s;spaying temperature 200~210 ºC,spraying width 4000mm)
