1. Definition: Suction pressure tanker is a combination of the principle of negative pressure pneumatic conveying and positive pressure pneumatic conveying of materials, and organically combines the two types of pneumatic conveying; air is used as the conveying carrier of materials, which is carried out in a closed space. Special production equipment for automatic suction (loading) of materials, closed transportation, and automatic discharge (unloading) of materials.

2. Scope of application: The suction pressure delivery tank truck is an in-plant transfer work for transporting dust materials such as ironmaking, steelmaking, sintering, coking, smelting desiliconization, desulfurization, dephosphorization, blast furnace and converter dust removal. When the vehicle reaches the feeding bin, start the vacuum suction system of the vehicle, and suck the material into the truck-loaded carrying tank through the feeding system of the ground facility; The material receiving system presses and discharges the material in the vehicle-mounted tank into the material receiving bin. The whole process of material suction, transportation, and discharge is carried out under closed conditions, and the dust does not leak and fly, which conforms to the national environmental protection standard.

3. Suction operation steps:
1) When the suction pressure feeding tank truck arrives at the ground storage bin, connect the suction interface of the vacuum suction system of the vehicle with the feeding interface of the ground device of the storage bin;
2) After the docking is completed, start the vacuum suction system of the vehicle, and use the negative pressure of the vehicle to suck the materials in the storage bin into the carrying tank of the suction pressure tanker through the ground device feeding system of the storage bin.

4. Nesting operation steps:
1) When the suction pressure tanker transports the material to the ground receiving bin, connect the positive pressure discharge system discharge interface of the vehicle with the receiving system input interface of the ground device of the receiving bin;
2) After the docking is completed, start the positive pressure pressure discharge system of the vehicle, and through the material receiving system of the ground device of the receiving bin, the suction pressure is used to send the materials in the tank truck to the ground receiving bin by using the compressed gas of the vehicle.

5. Main parameters: The suction pressure tanker is mainly used to carry the blast furnace gravity, dry method, front furnace, and under the tank of ironmaking in iron and steel plants; sintering; steelmaking; coking and other parts of the environment and process dust removal work. When the vehicle reaches the powder silo, start the vehicle vacuum suction system, and suck the material into the vehicle carrying tank through the feeding system of the ground facility; The system presses and discharges the material in the vehicle-mounted tank into the receiving bin. The whole process of material suction, transportation, and discharge is carried out under airtight conditions, and the dust does not leak and fly, saves energy, and meets international environmental protection standards.
